Kathy was patient and kind as I dealt with the stress of moving, the purchase of a condo in MD, and then the readying of my Austin home to sell. She helped manage the title company issues as she knew my work keeps me busy and stressed and did a number of things probably outside her area of responsibility as a realtor just to keep my life easier and to get the best outcome for me, for the sale and for the transactional logistics. I would, without hesitation, recommend Kathy to ANYONE looking to buy or sell a home, especially in the Mueller area. Being a long-time resident, she really has the pulse on that neighborhood. BTW, she also made an open house for me when she was under the weather- just another example of how Kathy goes above and beyond. Tell the head of your company to send Kathy some flowers.
