I have been very satisfied with the work Kathy has done. She has made things clear and simple both for the selling of my childhood home and the purchasing of my new home. I admit I dragged my feet at times in regard to selling my childhood home, and Kathy helped me refocus and get things done. She explained things and welcomed questions. I never felt overwhelmed by jargon. I have already recommended her to one friend and will continue to recommend her and Realty Austin to others.

Kathy was phenomenal! I have a crazy work schedule now that I am working from home, and she met all our needs. A lot of the time, that meant around 6:30 rush hour in Austin across town, and she was always there before we were! I think we even saw 5 or 6 homes one Saturday!

She also helped so much with her knowledge. As a first-time homebuyer, I am always skeptical of what I am looking at in a house that someone has already lived in. Kathy was able to point out various things and make it make sense to me.

Especially with this current crazy housing market, there were a bunch of concerns; the fact I wasn't using any cash, using my VA loan, as well as having my brother as my lender. Kathy was able to make it all work! I feel like we pulled off a heist!

Kathy was great! As a long-time contented renter, my housing search didn't have a strong sense of urgency. Kathy was very patient and was always willing to teach me about the process and look at houses whenever I would put real estate back on the front burner. When I finally got serious about a few places, she was a huge help in thinking critically about various aspects. Once I picked the spot, she was very determined in working with the other realtor and builder to make sure we got the deal done, and then afterward, when we were working through the repair list.
