Standard Pacific Homes have built this home on 45 foot wide lots in Mueller since the beginning – Section 4. They’re releasing some new homes in Section 7, and here’s a run down of the layout. We’ll talk about availability at the end.
The Littlefield is a two story detached home with either three or four bedrooms, at around 2637 sqft.
It’s relatively unusual having the option of either a fourth bedroom or a library downstairs. With a full bathroom on the lower level, that opens us possibilities to buyers who have guests or family with limited mobility or who aren’t perhaps fond of stairs.
In Competition with the Littlefield
David Weekley Homes build The Rainier which has a similar configuration – it’s a few hundred square feet smaller and has a study downstairs in addition to the fourth bedroom. Broadly speaking the Rainier has a larger living space upstairs and smaller bedrooms, and a Hardiplank exterior. The Littlefield has a stucco and stone facade.

When Can I Buy a Littlefield?
There are a few opportunities to build a new Littlefield with the builder in Spring 2015 – lot holds and reservations will be underway soon. The resale market occasionally has opportunities – let us know if you want to be notified of any.
