New homes actually starting to sell. No, really

So there is some news on new homes at Mueller, but not much. The other “official” (aka developer run) site now has more details of upcoming homes in phase 6. Price point guesstimates have been announced and some floor plans.

“some” new homes now selling

More thoughts and analysis on how this will impact the current resale market shortly. For now, if you want more info on how to get registered, call +1 (512) 829-1351and ask for Scott Brodrick, or get in touch here. Theoretically some of these homes (David Weekley / Homes By Avi) are “now selling” which means that they almost have plans and pricing in some cases. In other cases, there are fliers and ideas. Your mileage may vary.

Here’s what master developer Catellus sent out today:

This latest offering will include Garden Homes, Yard Houses and Row Houses by David Weekley Homes; Shop Houses from Homes by Avi; Yard Houses and Mueller House condominiums by Standard Pacific Homes; and Courtyard Row Houses and Row Houses from Streetman Homes. Row Houses from The Muskin Company are also available. Builders are now compiling interest lists and some are beginning to share elevations, floor plans and pricing. Market rate home prices are planned to start in the mid $200,000s and range to around $500,000. Homes in the income-qualifying Mueller Affordable Homes Program are planned to start in the $160,000s.

At last we’re seeing some official announcements. Kudos to David Weekley and Homes By Avi for getting off the starting line first
