What are the rules for leases at Mueller?
You can read the Mixed Use Community Rules and regulations at the Mueller HOA website. The juicy bit is copied here below:
Leases must be made subject to all of the Governing Documents, including these Rules, and an Owner is responsible for providing his or her tenant with copies of all of the Governing Documents and these Rules and notifying him or her of changes thereto. Each tenant is subject to and must comply with all provisions of the Governing Documents, these Rules, federal and state laws, and local ordinances. Notice of any lease must be remitted to the Master Association by the Owner on or before the expiration of ten (10) days after the effective date of the lease
Are there any homes for lease at Mueller right now?
Some are listed on the MLS, but they tend to go quickly. There will be four apartment communities in Mueller by the end of 2014 – Mosaic, AMLI, Wildflower Terrace and Elements at Mueller. There are also some available off the MLS – it’s worth checking these sites for more info:
- MuellerCommunity.com – there is a lease section, but the site is un-moderated, so just search for leases in all forum posts
- MuellerAustinOnline.com – this seldom has anything, but is worth checking for completeness
- Mueller MLS – this has all the multiple listing system available leases
