There are five homes for sale under $500,000 here in the MLS right now, one of them is a new Standard Pacific Blanton floorplan, and there are four resale homes. The last new David Weekley yard home is under contract – we’re going over to review our third party inspection report in a few hours. While we’re still waiting for the commencement of the next phase of homes (I’m anticipating that the Garden Homes will go on sale before the Mueller House condos), it’s all about the resale.
